enjeux financiers.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; color: #0054fe;\">Une convention d\u2019honoraires sera adress\u00e9e syst\u00e9matiquement et sign\u00e9e avant toute intervention.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; color: #0054fe;\">Nous pratiquons des honoraires forfaitaires ou au temps pass\u00e9 sur le dossier en fonction d\u2019un taux horaire pr\u00e9alablement convenu avec vous.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; color: #0054fe;\">La premi\u00e8re consultation en Cabinet est factur\u00e9e <span style=\"color: #c2bcbc;\">90\u20ac TTC<\/span>, payable en esp\u00e8ces, par carte bancaire ou par ch\u00e8que, et sera d\u00e9duite de l\u2019honoraire d\u00e9termin\u00e9 en cas d\u2019ouverture d\u2019un dossier.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; color: #0054fe;\">Un honoraire de r\u00e9sultat pourra \u00eatre pr\u00e9vu, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l\u2019ordre <span style=\"color: #c2bcbc;\">10-12%<\/span> des sommes obtenues \u00e0 l\u2019issue du proc\u00e8s ou d\u2019une
